I was a little girl sitting in the back of my mother’s car, while Madonna’s “Take a Bow” played on the radio. Even through the Volvo’s speakers, I was completely enveloped—swimming in sound. As the song faded, I looked around and realized: I feel music differently than anyone I know.
Music became my sanctuary. I secretly wrote lyrics and sang quietly at night—feeling emotions that weren’t safe to express during the day. Years later, discovering sound healing helped reconnect me with myself beyond the pace of work and ambition.
Then at a Labor Day gathering, I opened my voice to something unexpected: a spontaneous sound channeling that revealed emotions, patterns, even ancestral imprints in strangers. It became clear—sound wasn’t just personal. It was a healing technology.
I began integrating it into my coaching work with leaders and creatives. Clients transformed faster—without having to relive pain—because we started at the root. Later, I created the SSH app, combining healing frequencies with multi-genre music to ask: Why can’t sound healing make you dance too?
My voice and work live at the intersection of spirit, story, and systems. Rooted in Indigenous wisdom, shaped by global experience, and refined through years of facilitating transformation, I create immersive musical experiences that awaken insight and belonging—across cultures, industries, and stages.
Now is the time. The world is ready to heal, to remember who we are, and to celebrate while doing it.
