This immersion is for women who are already resourced, self-aware, take personal responsibility, are committed to truth, and well-experienced in personal or leadership development, and who are no longer willing to lead from force, performance, or external validation.
This is not experience for information binging. The best way to be in this immersion and receive transmissions is to offer yourself the gift of your presence and awareness. Rather than being the good student who takes notes on ideas, you become the embodiment of the lessons, as your mind opens, body receives the shifts, and you relax into a new way of receiving your own truth.
Each Live Transmission is approximately 60 minutes. Audio immersions range from 2–12 minutes and are designed to integrate seamlessly into your existing life. Walk, rest, drive, or create…however you want to be as you receive. There is no additional homework or required practice.
Yes, and… This is not an introductory space; it is designed for women who already live in relationship with their inner world and are ready to trust what they perceive. If you feel called, trust it. This work moves through presence rather than explanation, allowing action to arise from being instead of effort. We do not teach concepts or provide frameworks for understanding the work. The invitation is to receive, notice, and allow what shifts to integrate in its own way and time.

Yes. All audio immersions and live transmission replays will be delivered in a private Telegram channel and remain available for the full duration of the event. You may engage live or receive everything in your own time.

The Wahine Project,(https://www.google.com/url?q=https://www.thewahineproject.org/&sa=D&source=docs&ust=1738257960471888&usg=AOvVaw0rtF34A5q_iDxKg74CQCru) a 501(c)3 founded by Dionne Ybarra, offers a program called Access for All, providing youth living with disabilities access to the ocean. Proceeds will support kids who otherwise would likely never access nature the direct access and relationship to the ocean, offering empowerment through learning to trusting oneself in the ocean, and strengthening their voices on important issues surrounding nature, climate, and environmental justice.

Sound healing is a means of supporting healing through sound, be it specific frequencies, vibrations, rhythmic patterns, and/or instrumentation.
Practically speaking, “healing” may include things like brainwave regulation (for example, calming the nervous system when experiencing anxiety through slowing down the brainwaves), aligning energy in specific areas to return harmony and flow throughout the body; and using vibration to clear energetic stagnation (and often, pain attached to it) from the body.
Whatever makes you feel comfortable to embrace your unique nature. :)

There will be opportunity at the end to share reflections about your experience, ask questions, and/or connect with each other. Our intention is to support the voice of the community, understand each other better, accept ourselves and each other even more, and offer something entertainment events don’t typically include: dialogue directly between audience and performers (without a “middle man” or stage barrier).
Do you “have to talk?” Nope! You can enjoy the experience without uttering a word if you don’t feel like it :)
