Meet LiSára
From the outside, my life looked undeniably successful:
I’ve led C-suite executives of a billion-dollar organization, was the first WOC in the United States to graduate as a forensic linguist, featured in Forbes, and have mentored women globally. Inside, I felt the unnamed costs of living for the next externally validating accomplishment.
Time became the enemy as I rushed against the clock, overworking to secure the next external win. Carrying the quiet weight of responsibility to heal, hold, and care for others, while my own truth went unheard.
What changed everything was learning to inhabit my presence fully: each day lived as a luxuriated retreat in our California coastal home, guided by desire, held by precise boundaries, and aligned to my truth.
Music —my calling— became both a living expression of who I am and a muse for living my leadership as artistry.
